少喝奶茶
Drink less milky tea


不吃刚烤好的面包
Don’t take freshly baked bread


远离充电电源
Stay away from battery charging source


白天多喝水,晚上要少喝
Drink more water during the day, but less at night


一天不喝多过两杯咖啡
Don’t take more than 2 glasses of coffee a day


少吃油多的食物
Consume less oily food


最佳睡眠为晚10点至早6点
The best bed time is from 10 pm at night to 6am the next morning


下午5点后少吃大餐
Avoid heavy meal after 5pm


每天喝酒不多过一杯
Don’t take more than a glass of wine a day


不用冷水服胶囊
Don’t take capsules with cold water


睡前半小时服药忌立刻躺下
Refrain from lying down immediately after taking medicine before going to bed


睡眠不足8小时人会变笨
Sleeping for less than 8 hours causes stupidity


有午睡习惯不易变老
Habit of taking naps prevents one getting old


手机剩一格电时不要打电话,因为辐射将增1千倍
Don’t make calls with 1 bar of battery power left in the cell phone, because the radiation then is 1000 times more
